Woke up at 4:00am. Trying out my new routine.
Wake up > Poop > brush teeth > cold shower (you read this right) > Awesome coffee > Read the Bible (Daniel 8) > Pray > Write your journal (which I am currently doing). This is my second day and I hope to stick on say, forever…?
What I did in my past?
- Check my phone as soon as I wake up
- Woke up each morning at 7am
- Unscheduled praying and reading the Word
- Avg. of 3.6 hours on my Smart phone.
Today’s routine:
- Woke up at 4am and did not check my phone (woo hoo)
- Cold shower. Now, I must tell you that this is one of the worst things to start with but the best result you can get. I am active as crazy. To boost that, I had a large cup of coffee.
- Read Daniel 8 (from the Bible).
- Prayed.
- Learning this Scripture (“Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things” – Colossians 3:2)
- Currently reading Radicals: Outsiders changing the world by Jamie Bartlett. Page 30.
