He will save us from our sins.
What does it mean that God is with us? How do I really reflect and understand that God is with me right now and every moment? How can I reach out to God knowing fully well God is with me?
This morning, I once again want to commit my plans, thoughts, ideas, creativity, assumptions, fear, pride, battles to God.
God wants to meet with me. The broken relationship when Adam and Eve sinned is being renewed when Jesus comes and is with us. God wants to walk with us just the way he walked with Enoch. In the garden to take a stroll with me, to talk to me, to hear me and let me know that he is with me always.
There are many many occasions I did not want God to me with me because that would disrupt my plans, knowing somewhere in my head that God is with me or now and then realizing – ok God, I know you are there somewhere. But right now, I commit my whole self to God’s mighty hands and ask God to take control over my life. What a beautiful time now it is that I can spend with God learning in my day-to-day walk with God, knowing fully aware- God is with me who can be against me.
Prayer: Jesus Christ, thank you that you left heavens to save me from my sin. I know you are here with me right now. God with me. What more privilege is there but to know you are there with me. I humble my thoughts, patterns, body, situations, anxiety, worry, family, work, and everything I see in my life into your hands. Take me and use me as you wish. Break me, if you have to and order my life the way it pleases you. May I ask you to help me understand you more deeply through my walk with you and never be afraid of circumstances because I know fully well you are with me.
